INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of housemade pasta;
- 1 kg of black mussels;
- 150 g of boiled white beans;
- 5-6 little tomatoes;
- 1 cloves of garlic;
- a small bundle of minced parsley;
- Extra-virgin olive oil;
- Pepper and salt.
PREPARATION:
Wash as well the mussels, remove the encore, open them and hold aside the molluscs; filter the water. Fry the garlic in a pot with half glass of oil, add the mussels, the half cut little tomatoes, the filtered water of the mussels and finally the beans. Cook them for 5 min.
Boil the pasta in abundant salty water, drain it and pour it in the frying pan with the mussels and the beans on vivacious fire for 1 min. To season with minced parsley and pepper before serving.
