OCTOPUSES IN THIER WATER

INGREDIENTS:
-8 small octopuses (or 4 great);
- Ciliegina Tomatoes;
- Garlic and onion;
- Fresh parsley;
- Extra-virgin olive oil;
- A red pepper;
- Salt and pepper.

PREPARATION:
Pick up the octopuses already curled so that to have them more tender, wash them well without drying them and put them together with the other ingredients in a great saucepan, better if of terracotta. Cover it and cook them on middle fire for the necessary time. Cooked, cut them in pieces and serve lukewarm with the juice.
