BRUSCHETTA

Bread and salad cakes

INGREDIENTS:
- Housemade bread's slices fresh or stale, or friselle;
- Garlic;
- Extra-virgin olive oil.

PREPARATION:
Toast the housemade bread cut to slices, and rub on a surface the garlic. Season with Extra-virgin olive oil and salt.

VARYING:
You can add to the seasoning coolness tomato bits and rocket.

Using the friselles, it is not necessary to toast them, but to slightly dampen them with water
